Licensed and Insured

Service DJ’s Cleaning is a licensed, insured, and bonded cleaning service specializing in delivering quality professional cleaning services

 

Tax Responsibility and Workplace Insurance

We are responsible for all payroll taxes and maintain accident insurance coverage for our employees.

 

Equipment and Supplies

 We provide all necessary equipment and supplies. However, we are open to using special products per customer instruction (supplied by the customer). 

 

Consistent Quality Cleaning

 We guarantee consistent, quality cleaning services. Our reliable cleaning staff, motivated by company incentives and rewards, will be the same dedicated team cleaning your home on each visit. 

 

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee 

We aim to exceed your expectations in professional cleaning services. We inspect our work before leaving the premises. If you find our service unsatisfactory, please get in touch with us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the issue promptly. 

 

Additional Services (Charged Separately) 

Any services beyond the agreed-upon scope, such as cleaning household appliances, washing and folding laundry, and organizing scattered objects throughout the house, will be subject to additional charges. 

 

Preparation for Cleaning

To ensure effective and timely cleaning, we kindly request that clients have objects organized before our team arrives. This helps us provide the most efficient and thorough cleaning within the scheduled time. 

 

Schedule Changes or Cancellations 

Please notify us as soon as possible regarding any schedule changes or cancellations. We always strive to accommodate your schedule. 

 

Payment

Full payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service, unless billed monthly. Payment can be made by check (payable to DJ’s Cleaning), cash, or by calling our office to pay with a credit card. No credit card information is stored electronically. Outstanding balances must be settled before the next scheduled cleaning. Returned checks are subject to a $25 reprocessing fee. 

 

Damage Notification

Our cleaning team will immediately notify the client or our office of any accidental damage that occurs during the cleaning process. Non-Solicitation Agreement: A fee equal to one year of cleaning services will be charged to any client who hires an employee of DJ’s Cleaning or engages a former employee within one (1) year after the employee’s last day with DJ’s Cleaning.
